Melissa Lingholm

Melissa was GREAT! Melissa made everything so seamlessly smooth, took a lot of stress off me as a first time home buyer! she communicated everything and always offered information on each process that came with buying a home! Any questions I had, she was always willing to help/ find out the information for me. Melissa walked me through multiple options when in the negotiation phase, which helped with my understanding of the different fees and how they worked into the final cost. Best person for the job! Can not recommend her enough!!

I have worked with numerous relators throughout the years and Melissa is one, if not the, best I have had the pleasure to work with. She takes the time to understand what you are looking for and ensures you keep your goals and priorities in mind as you work through the home buying process. Once under contract the service only gets better. She is detailed oriented and ensures you are fully up to speed throughout every step of the process. On top of everything Melissa is a wonderful person who is also fun to spend time with! Could not recommend her more!!!

As first time land buyers and young parents, the process of purchasing a could have felt overwhelming as this would be the land our home will be on, but Melissa made it such an amazing experience from start to finish. She always had our best interests at heart and truly listened to everything we wanted for our family. At no point did we feel pressured to settle or lower our expectations just to fit reality. Instead, she encouraged us, supported us, and worked hard to help us find land that matched our dreams. Her communication, patience, and dedication made us feel confident every step of the way. We are beyond grateful for everything she did for our little family and could not have asked for a better realtor for this huge milestone in our lives.

Melissa made our home buying experience effortless! She was transparent and quick with responses. Home buying can be quite a stressful experience but Melissa made it as easy as possible! I would highly recommend her!

Melissa was amazing to work with while helping us sell one home and buy another at the same time! She kept everything moving smoothly, stayed on top of all the details, and made what could have been a stressful process feel manageable. She was always responsive, knowledgeable, and truly had our best interests in mind. We couldn’t have asked for a better agent and would highly recommend her.

Melissa is not only kind, thoughtful, and endlessly positive but she is also an incredibly determined professional with her client’s best interest at the forefront of everything she does. She has great experience, knowledge, and innovative ideas and goes the extra mile in every situation. She provides helpful guidance and listens to concerns while also providing perspectives that help in decision-making. We can’t recommend her enough and have told all of our friends and family about her!
