truly this was the worst experience of my life. My husband and I recently got married and wanted to find the perfect house to start our family. Melissa was great in the beginning. Very nice and supportive. As soon as we signed a contact with her it was like everything flipped. First off we found the houses we liked ourselves she was no help. We were stuck between two houses and wanted the weekend to think/talk about the options. Melissa then tried to force us to make a choice sooner than we wanted to. I communicated clearly and told her I did not want to rush into anything and if the houses were gone then it wasn't meant to be. She did not like this and then only wanted communication with my husband. Unfortunately, my husband got deployed. She was forced to communicate with me. I then found a house that I feel in love with. When she showed the house she texted saying she would be down the road because she did not feel safe being outside the house. When I met up with her I asked why and she told me there was a black man that kept walking up and down the road. After this experience I did not want to work with someone who had these thoughts. We asked to work with her broker since I felt so uncomfortable with her ignorant remarks. I truly hope no one goes through this similar experience with her.
