Ease and Reassurance
Melissa made selling my house so much easier than it tried to be. With three potential buyers, multiple inspections and repairs, and with me living on the other side of the state, this could have been a nightmare, but she was with me every step of the way through phone calls and text messages, explaining what was happening, what needed to happen, and what the legal jargon meant. She was professional, helpful, but also personable because Melissa genuinely cares about her clients and what they go through while selling/buying a house. I was so blessed to have her with me, and cannot recommend her enough.
