Melissa was extremely helpful during our 1st time home buying process. She was patient and helped ensure we saw plenty of houses before making our decision as we were not positive on location and type of home we wanted to start with. Not only did she help us narrow down our location she was able to give great advice during negotiations, inspections as well as the closing process as everything was so new to us. We couldn't recommend Melissa enough! She made the process so simple.
