We had a fantastic experience with Melissa Pascual. She helped us buy our new house and sell our previous house, and was amazing to work with throughout the process. Melissa was very attentive to new listings and very available to show us houses. She has great attention to detail to note anything we needed to know about a house from the viewing stage, to the inspection, and the purchasing stage. She was very detail oriented with all of the paperwork, and very communicative about deadlines and any details we needed to know. When selling our house, she worked with us to price our house where we felt comfortable, and put on open houses to sell our house quickly at the price we wanted. We cannot say enough excellent things about working with Melissa, and have recommended her to our friends and family as well.
