I was in the thinking stage of selling my house a year and a half ago. Melissa kept in touch with me, but did not pester me about selling my house. When I was ready to make the move, I called on her. My circumstances were difficult. I was moving out of town in short notice for health reasons. I can’t even enumerate the many small and large tasks Melissa handles for me. She knows what she’s doing.
