Melissa showed us houses that met our criteria from Lake Elsinore to Temecula. She was always professional, on time and had completed all the showing arrangements with the seller (or seller’s agent) ahead of time so there was no wasted time. She worked seven days a week for us. She worked with the seller’s agent to get us the best deal and would professionally challenge the owner or owner’s agent if something did not seem correct or not in our best interest. She also worked with our mortgage lending agent and the escrow company to make the purchase as smooth as possible. She advocated for us throughout the entire process.
