My husband and I were wanting to sell our house and upgrade to a bigger size for a family. We could not sell our house the year before but with help with Melissa , our home had multiples offers within 1 week! We then went on a search to buy a home with the help of Melissa. She was very patient with us and quick responses as well which was great for us and worked around our hours with work. We finically decided on the house we want and we're now in the new construction construction phases. I would defiantly recommend this wonderful lady to anyone!

Melissa was fantastic. This was my first time buying a house, and she made the process very easy because she was very knowledgeable and personable. The first realtor I had would take forever in their response and after a month that realtor stopped sending emails. Melissa was the exact opposite and was always quick to reply with any questions I had and was great at working with my very hectic schedule. If she didn't know the answer off the top of her head she would look it up for me and give me the answer as soon as she found it. One example was setting up water, I couldn't find where on martinsburg's website to sign up for the water to be turned on. It took maybe 10 minutes for her to find where I needed to go and she sent me a link on an email. If I ever move again I will definitely be giving her a call.
