Well educated very resourceful and full of knowledge and experience of the job. She goes beyond for her customers. Update call n text with everything. Keeping me posted with everything and I like that she always gives option to make sure I make the right decision on my own.

I would recommend hiring an agent who does this full time. Melissa works full time at Delta so she only had part time available for her clients. Her communication is terrible and you are better off representing yourself then hiring this agent.

We were new to the town of Boise and Melissa did a great job explaining the surrounding area to us. Once she got a feel for the lay out of the homes we were interested in, she was on target for showing us great properties. Melissa has a wonderful personality and was a go-getter.
