I have loved working with Melissa so much over the years. She's vibrant and animated about real-estate... it's a passion with her. She loves and enjoys it and it shows working with her. She covers all the bases and makes it so easy for you! She's one of those people that when you see her name come up on your phone, you're more than happy to take the call and, it's a treat you look forward to when you meet up with her. Friendly, outgoing, easy to communicate and talk with. The first time I had her sell a home for me, she had it sold in eight days. Another less valuable fixer-upper home sold in one day. Now, I know that can't happen all the time, but that's just how it happened for me. Then, I had her show me a property that I knew would sell quickly. I called her, we looked at it that same day, put in an offer, and the next day we were finalizing the purchase of it! We moved quick on that one!
