When we were listed she provided updates on all showings and her negotiating skills are stellar. Her company's flat fee of $3500.00 helped us save so much in commission vs a full service agent. We would have had to pay over 30k in total commissions. Which in today's market that is ridiculous. Melissa believes in helping people saving their money. She didn't take any short cuts, and if you are thinking of selling, don't take short cuts or try to do it yourself. Melissa and Redefy deliver! If I could give her more than 5 stars I would.
