Melissa was there with great advice from start to finish with the recent home sale of our one rental property. She was the right mix of diligent without being pushy, knowledgeable (everything from contractors to marketing) without being a know-it-all and a steadfast representative of our best interests. The selling process was a bit stressful for us, but Melissa is an excellent communicator that kept us up to date and informed about how each phase of our sale was progressing.
