After wasting several months with an incompetent agent, my sister and I reached out to Asa Cox Homes and we were put under the care of Melissa McCollister. We were immediately impressed with the personal attention our home received, a detail desperately lacking with the previous agent. There were a few bumps along the way, none of which were Melissa’s doing, but after each obstacle she worked harder to promote the sale of our mother’s home. Once we finally secured a buyer, we had one last incident. A pipe burst under the mobile home. In the middle of the night, Melissa made the two hour round trip to check the home and make sure that there was no interior water damage. That is true dedication. It was a true pleasure working with Melissa. She is personable and knowledgeable. She is very dedicated to doing the job right. She is quick to respond, no matter how many questions we asked. When the time comes for my husband and I to make our next move, we will definitely call Melissa.
