She helped me find places to live in my budget, referred me to contractors, negotiated with the seller to make a quick closing, and handled the paperwork. All while being easily reachable. What's more, she was enjoyable to be around and made me feel welcome in the community. If I have more real estate business in the area she'll be my first call.
