MELISSA MARSH

About MELISSA

I’m Melissa Marsh—a North Carolina native, REALTOR®, and coastal-living enthusiast who believes buying or selling a home doesn’t have to feel complicated. The Brunswick County coast has been part of my story for a long time. My family and I vacationed here for more than 20 years, and I even had the opportunity to help a few clients buy and sell in the area before we officially made the move ourselves. After more than 20 years in Cumberland County, my husband and I finally decided it was time to stop vacationing at the coast and start calling it home. Best decision ever. Now I get to help other people make their own move—whether that means relocating to the coast, buying their first home, finding the perfect piece of land, or getting a SOLD sign in the yard. I’m big on straight answers, good communication, creative marketing, and making sure my clients actually understand what’s happening along the way. I’ll celebrate the wins with you, talk you off the ledge when real estate gets a little wild, and probably throw in a little sarcasm for free. I’ve been honored with Rookie of the Year, Agent of the Year, and multiple production and marketing awards—but referrals and repeat clients will always be my favorite compliment. When I’m not doing real estate, you’ll probably find me near the water, chasing a sunset, trying a local restaurant, or soaking up everything I love about coastal Carolina. Thinking about making a move? Let’s do it. Relax. It’ll be a breeze!

Two for two and two home runs in a row!!!!!

Melissa Marsh has listed, marketed and sold 2 properties for us during this past spring and summer. At each endeavor she has went above and beyond what other agents have been able to do for us in the past. Each of the properties listed received solid full price offers within hours of hitting the marketplace. We can not thank her enough for her professionalism, dedication and commitment to us during our sales. We hope to ne able to use her again for listing other property.

Excellent realtor

Melissa Marsh did an amazing job helping us find our first home. She listened to what we wanted and did not bother wasting our time on homes she new wouldn't work for us. I would 1000% use her again and suggest her for others to use as well. She was with us since day one to the very end. Answerd every question we had. No matter time of day.
