For being a first time buyer, Melissa made sure to explain everything and was very patient with my wife and I. She was always on top of it and if she didn’t know the answer right away, she always would get back to us in a timely manner with the answer. If it was taking time to get an answer for anything, we would be in the loop as to wait was making it take longer!

Melissa really listened to us when describing our home we wanted. But, she brought some surprises with homes she thought we might like too! Melissa was great from the very first day we met her! She was quick to respond, scheduled the home tours we wanted and found properties we hadn’t seen listed. (Cheers to her finding the home we actually bought!) She had great knowledge of the area and answered all of our questions along the way (first time buyers here).
