Melissa is a hero and her Real Estate Commission was nothing compared to what it took to sell my property. Why? Melissa was faced with a property that needed roof repairs, open permits, some painting, cleaning and other modifications in order to get my house sold. Whatever problem needed to be resolved, her contacts are incredible. In a few days, Melissa had a helper, contractor , cleaning crew and other contacts. We had yard services etc. Melissa hired a roofer, climbed up a ladder to inspect their work. She met the roofers down there and made sure everything that was done to the house was in great shape to pass inspection. She understands building code! Ive had realtors in the past and the service level was not close to the effort Melissa did to get the house sold. Effort! This is what it takes. Melissa implemented all the modifications needed to get the house listed in less than a week. There were 15 visits to the property with 2 offers at asking price. Seriously this all happened on day one of the listing. One of those offers closed with the title agency. Melissa was on top of the inspections, appraisals and surveys that needed to get the property to closing. I was never told that she was too busy or had other properties that had priority, Her service level was as excellent and almost was like my house was the only one on her plate. My biggest concern with the property was getting the right buyer for the property and she did that as well. How did she manage that? Well in my opinion, Melissa is a professional, amazing personality and understands marketing very well. She sells well and the process worked perfectly. If I need a home or want to sell my home in the future, I would contact her again in a second and recommend that anyone do the same.
