I met Melissa Lodi while she was running an open house as a seller's agent. The open house was well run, the house was staged perfectly, she seemed knowledgeable about the property and the area, and struck me as a motivated hard worker. I was looking for a buyers agent so I contacted her afterwards and hired her. Through the buying process, Melissa proved my assumptions were correct, and exceeded expectations as my agent. She met me for every open house, ran thorough comp checks, and thought of things that I didn't. She even was able to arrange for a viewing and meet me at the property on the first day that the listing appeared. When it came time to make an offer Melissa handled everything with the closing prices. She contacted the banks, lawyers, inspectors, chased down the paperwork, etc. All I had to do was get the right paperwork to the bank, then show up for the inspection and the closing. I highly recommend Melissa as a buyers agent if you want an effective, thorough, and painless buying process.
