Melissa did a fantastic job of helping us get our house ready to sale. She came in multiple times to make sure that things were ready for pictures. She made sure to keep us updated with all the information we needed to know about showings. When my husband got sick she made sure to block out a few times when he didn’t feel like getting out of the house and we are thankful for that and that we had time to clean and get the house back in order for it to be shown again. Texts, emails, and calls were all full of information and she happily answered any questions we had. We were never out of the loop. We were looking for a very unique type of property. Melissa sent many options to learn more about our preferences. She also went above and beyond to learn more about zoning ordinances and CCRs so we were able to eventually look quickly as her targeted search and rule out things that would not work. The house we ultimately purchased was the 3rd one we put an offer in on. She was the constant professional through each negotiation and cheered us on even when we were frustrated. Melissa is super organized and never misses a follow-up communication. As her buyers, working full-time and juggling family commitments, we were busy and distracted during this process. Melissa kept us focused and on task. She did everything you’d expect a good agent to do (generate listings, tour homes) but she went way beyond that with her client/customer service. She really listened to us and because we were looking in both NC and SC she was great about explaining all the differences- laws, paperwork requirements, etc. Melissa will be who we go to when we buy/sell next.
