Melissa worked with me when I purchased my house after moving to MD and then with selling it a few years later when I was moving back to home state. As a first time home buyer and then home seller, I had no idea about what to expect. Melissa walked me through every single step of the process (both times) and was always willing to explain things in further detail when I needed. She was very straight forward with me about how to get the things I needed and wanted.
