We first met Melissa 8 years ago but didn't have the opportunity to have her represent us until November 2020. She put together a terrific marketing plan, the result being that we got a full price offer on our condo within a week of its listing. Having dealt with literally dozens and dozens of realtors, (for many homes bought & sold, for personal use or investments), I put Melissa in my top 2. My number 1 demand in a realtor is communication. They all promise they will, but few do. Melissa was excellent. She answered every question in a very timely manner, often sooner than I even expected :) This being my first sale with covid- she also appreciated my concerns in regards to showings and made sure all protocols were followed. Her answers were full and clear. She also always gave me a heads-up of what was needed to be signed and asked questions that my buyer needed answered as they came about. That is so important, because buyers feel better about their purchase if they too are responded to promptly. Also- I should note that Melissa also recommended other people that are a part of the sale - from title company to movers. They too were exceptional. Last, but I find important, Melissa is a really nice person. The process was as friendly as professional. A realtor that knows your community, the area, their job, is key, as you are doing an important business transaction, but it sure is/was nice having such a personable agent.
