Initially, I talked to another Realtor that was part of a big name team in Missoula and was told repeatedly how they sold soooo many homes and were the leader in sheer number of homes sold. I explained my situation and that I could not move before a certain date due to it being a military move and the date being set. The other Realtor never seemed to get it and kept pushing to list sooner. Thankfully, I met with Melissa and she fully understood my situation, thanks to her military background, and never once pushed me to list sooner than I was ready to. She went above and beyond to help me with finding repairmen, moving furniture, selling items after we left and taking care of last minute craziness. I am so glad I went with a Realtor who took the time to listen and gave me personalized service that I know I would not have gotten elsewhere. Highly recommend her to anyone looking in the Missoula area!

My situation is pretty unique and Melissa handles it professionally and is so understanding. When something pops on the market that fits the criteria she immediately notifies me and sends me the property info to review. Can't rate her on process expertise or negotiation skills as I haven't been able to move forward with a property; however, my guess is that she's a rockstar in those areas as well! Super pleased with her.
