Her connections, knowledge, and experience made it possible for us to stick with our plan of listing right before leaving for vacation. We have two small children, so being able to list right before getting out of the house for a week was a huge priority! She works with a professional photographer who does great work, our home was listed and shown 14+ times while we were on vacation. We had multiple offers within a couple of days, and were under contract for more than asking price before we were back from vacation. Much to our shock, we found THE house and land that we were hoping for, also before we were even back from vacation.
