Melissa Hunter

Have worked with Melissa for a number of years. She has helped purchase and sell homes. She helped me purchase my home in Red Oak in 2014. She helped me sell a remodel project home in Ennis in 2017. I will be working with her on other homes in the future.

The day the listing ended Melissa left her business card and brochure on our front door. That impressed me so we called her to visit us. She came to that visit prepared to discuss our listing price, comp's for the area, and suggestions on how to better stage our home for buyer appeal. Our home sold for full price.
