Thanks to Melissa’s deep knowledge and experience, she knew exactly how to structure pricing, commissions, and buyer incentives in a way that protected our bottom line, something I honestly did not think was possible. She worked absolutely magic with the numbers and truly saved us from taking a loss. She is nothing short of a miracle worker.
