The most important aspect of a buying agent is, "Can they get me the house?" In Melissa's case, the answer was, "Yes"! There were 11 other offers on the house we wanted, and with Melissa's experience, she was able to do what needed to be done to see that we came out on top. I was selling the house of my late wife for the benefit of her trust. This added some complication to the process. I have not been involved in the sale of a house since 1968 and it has become much more complicated. Melissa took command of the process and relieved be of almost all of it. She estimated very well the range of prices we could ask for and it was sold soon after it was listed. She got me through, what seemed to be, a mountain of paperwork for the escrow service. She arranged the staging for the sale efficiently and well. She was always available if I needed help. Melissa was such a great realtor to have as first time home buyers. Her enthusiasm and passion made the home buying process enjoyable.
