Since moving to Florida in 2021 my wife and I have used Melissa twice for home purchases and once for a sale. She is patient, kind and caring and worked honestly and tirelessly to get us the best price as both a buyer and seller. There were no surprises and if there is a realtor more knowledgeable than her about market trends and analysis, we haven’t met him or her yet. We are grateful to have met her and will continue to recommend her to friends and family who want advice and assistance in buying or selling their home. In Brevard county, when picking a realtor, there is no other choice as far as I’m concerned. There are lots of realtors we could have used. None would have done as good or thorough a job.
