I would recommend Melissa for all your buying and selling needs! She has never failed to make all my dreams come through and never stops working until the jobs done! Melissa goes above and beyond in searching to make sure she is giving you the best options and making you aware of all the “ifs, when’s, and buts”. Very thankful to have such a dedicated realtor! She helped me with my first home and then almost 2 years later helped me turn around and sell it for more!

My experience with Melissa was flawless. She found me my first home and made sure I understood everything that was going on. I had no knowledge of house buying a house went. She explained everything for me. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Melissa is amazing and was very helpful. She got us into our dream home and im so thankful I was able to go through her. I would 100 percent recommend her! <3

Melissa helped us in finding our home, secure a loan by advising what paperwork was needed and always answered texts and emails. Melissa contracted COVID19 in the midst of us working on paperwork but she continued to help us in getting the right paperwork in to get our beautiful new home. We would recommend Melissa to anyone looking for a home.

Melissa was amazing with every aspect of buying our home. She continues to be helpful and caring even after we closed on our home. If you are looking for someone to look out for your best interests, Melissa is the right choice. We are very appreciative of everything she has went above and beyond for us!

I have worked with two realtors in my life: I do not know whether the first one was any good (I was not very impressed), but I cannot gush enough about how amazing it was to work with Melissa! Melissa was recommended to my wife and me through a friend at work. When we called her, she was friendly and professional. She set up a time immediately to view our home. She was on time and prepared. We told her what we were looking for and our goals for the sale of our home. She listened, and most importantly, was up front and honest about what was realistic and what was not realistic and some things that could/should be done to the home to make it more marketable. She kept tabs on us through the whole process, and was there to answer any questions we had along the way and to point us towards any professionals that could help us if she could not. When we listed the home, I was skeptical that it would fetch anything near what she suggested. Not only did the home sell within a week, but for above list price! I do not know how she accomplished it, but I was blown away. She also assisted in arranging the purchase of our new home, and was on top of the ball making sure the sale and purchase went off without a hitch and went the extra mile to get us into the new house a few days early so that we could be fully moved out and ready to go on closing day. Bottom line: The sale and purchase of a home is an extremely stressful time in your life. Melissa was a dream to work with because she took the time to listen to want you want and worked tirelessly and quickly to accomplish those goals. I cannot recommend a realtor more highly than her.

Melissa was wonderful to work with on selling our house. She was patient with us and knew the right answers to the questions we asked. I would recommend Melissa to anybody!!

Melissa listed and sold our home in just 2 days. All paperwork was done electronically which was very convenient. She gave excellent advice on negotiations. All inspections and the appraisal were done in a timely manner and we were notified in advance of those appointment times. Melissa was also present at closing to make sure everything was in order. Highly recommend and will definitely use her in future transactions.

Melissa helped me through each process from start to finish, from the listing to the closing. You couldn't ask for anything more, Melissa is the best! She hand walked me through every step and explained every detail of the closing process. I knew exactly what was going on at all times. I never had to wonder what was happening.

Melissa was outstanding! She made sure I knew the small details. She also had the knowledge to very thoroughly explain everything to me. Melissa stayed in touch with me daily and worked the hours needed to make dead lines.

I would recommend Melissa to anyone looking for a home, I'm a first home owner and she made sure the process wasn't stressful at all and worked around my schedule to get everything done. Melissa made sure I knew all of the pros and cons of being a homeowner as well. I believe she truly cares about her clients.

Melissa was an awesome realtor. She never once complained about us looking all over the state for a home. She was never pushy and always had a smile on her face. I would highly recommend her to anyone. The house we bought we had her show us three different.
