Melissa was always there for us regardless of the time. She was quick to schedule viewings of the homes we liked, and never backed down thru the challenges. After a month of the lender seemed to stoped working and kept asking for extensions. The process became very stressful and it seemed that we would even lose the house. Melissa moved quickly and worked with her team to get us a new loan agent and not lose the house. Her and her team were able to close and get us our new house in less than 15 days.
