Melissa Herman recently helped me with the process in buying a home, my home. Melissa was there for me 24/7. She was available at my convenience. She is very friendly, intelligent, and professional. Since the home I purchased was a foreclosure, it seemed difficult, but Melissa was on top of everything. Once they informed her about my offer she informed me right away. Which helped a lot because with a foreclosure you have to move fast, but in a correct manner, Melissa just seemed to know how to do the things correctly and when to do them. Melissa is a great person. She did not give me a reason to regret working with her in this important process nor to rate her lower than a 5 star Agent. I highly recommend her services.
