Melissa was our property manager and did an excellent job. Not only did she do a great job as our property manager, but she also was an outstanding REALTOR. She sold our condo even though it wasn't on the market and got us a great price for it! Melissa is very knowledgeable about the market. She kept in constant communication and took time to answer our questions since we weren't familiar with the contract.
