As first time small home buyers we followed our gut and walked away from two other realtors before meeting Melissa. While the other realtors would vaguely answer questions, if at all, it felt they were working for themselves or possibly covering for a lack of experience. Melissa answered every question we had. She was asking pertinent questions of the home owners that we may not have known to ask and every moment with her we knew she was on our side as buyers. She would do the same thing for someone selling their property too. As we got to know Melissa we learned that she personally has purchased both residential and commercial real estate, fixed these properties up herself and became knowledgeable of many building and legal skills along the way. Melissa is fully prepared to help find any answers to questions she may not know then gets back with those answers very quickly. We are appreciative of Melissa and all that she has done for us.
