The oldest is a professor at an Atlanta University, and the youngest is a local high school English teacher. Melissa is a new grandmother to Alice and Benjamin. As owner and operator of a small motel, restaurant and gas station called The Way Inn located just outside of Fall Creek Falls State Park, Melissa gained valuable commercial experience. It was this small business that led her into real estate. “I would have customers stay at my Inn, fall in love with the area and ask for my help to find real estate so they could move here. I ended up getting the nickname the " Land Lady.” Because of her enthusiasm, Melissa has been top producer in her firms for the last 6 years, in residential, commercial and land sales. Her focus is helping clients realize their dreams with making life changing events go as smoothly as possible.
