I loved working with Melissa in finding our apartment in Chicago. We moved internationally and having her support throughout the search and setup was extremely useful and important to us. She is very professional, takes the job seriously and provides very useful guidance. She listened to our needs and found exactly what we were looking for (but didn't know yet). I totally recommend and I'll be working with her again in my future home purchase.

Melissa is extremely helpful and patient in every single steps, including but not limited to: property search, in-person tour, contract review/preparation, and follow-up on any questions I have during this process. With her help, there is almost nothing for me to worry about. I am new to this process, so I may have plenty of questions, but she is very responsive and willing to answer all my questions even though sometimes it is late.
