I am especially thankful that Melissa Gary was our agent. This was an extremely difficult experience and she was our eyes! She provided videos of the construction and narrated what was happening! Her knowledge of what was done correctly or what needed to be done was superb. We were concerned about the work and time it was taking and she spoke directly to the people involved. She spoke boldly on our behalf and got things done. She spoke to us respectfully and knowledgeably. She made calls for us and the builder knew that she spoke for us. She made observations during walk throughs and pointed things out boldly. It was obvious that she worked in our best interest! I am very thankful that she was our agent!
