Melissa was amazing! She was so patient, kind and really understood what I wanted. She showed me probably north of 40 properties until we finally found the right one and never got frustrated with my pickiness! What further impressed me was her determination. I wanted a very specific location on Galt Ocean Mile. Melissa went to each condo building and asked if they knew of anyone selling before it hit the market or were selling on their own! Who takes the time to do that?? HOA fees were a concern. So….in grand Melissa style, she made a spreadsheet of which condo had what HOA fee so we could focus on the specific buildings that were affordable! She is amazing and extremely hard working! I highly recommend her to anyone seriously looking to buy! Added bonus, I bought at less than asking price! That’s an unheard of in this sellers market! She is little…but she is mighty!! 😁
