Melissa is excellent to work with. She is not pushy and professionally presents a property and lets you make the decision. She is very knowledgeable in the real estate industry. She promptly returns calls, texts and emails. Is very accommodating and always willing to go the extra mile to dig into issues and details regarding zoning, property line issues, plot plans, easements, etc. She has a good sense of where problems can arise and works proactively to prevent them from turning into a surprise or crisis later in the transaction. We looked at numerous properties with her and she never showed a lack of enthusiasm or interest in continuing to help us.
