Melissa was very responsive and answered all the silly questions & requests that we had with buying our first home! She walked us through each step and explained everything throughly so that we felt comfortable with every decision we made through the process. During this process we were actually out of state which made scheduling walk throughs and all of the in person things a little more complicated with us. She can guide you appropriately, whether you are a first-time or seasoned seller. We did not use Melissa for buying a home, but I would imagine she would provide the same expertise and guidance to any potential buyers.
