Melissa Finneran is a wonderful and knowledgeable agent! I highly recommend her if you are selling or buying. I feel so lucky to have found Melissa she helped us sell our old fixer upper of a house ( we had unfortunately bought the house at the height of the market and were underwater and decided to do a short sale.) Anyone who has been involved in a short sale probably knows It can be a long and sometimes frustrating process but Melissa and her team handled every issue with patience and professionalism and if she did not know something she found out and got back to us very quickly. I would definitely recommend Melissa and would not hesitate for a moment to hire her again for any real estate needs I may have in the future. She is truly a lovely person and really great at her job.

Mellisa went above and beyond explaining every aspect of the purchase process and guiding me through step by step. This was important to me because this was my first home.
