We were purchasing a piece of land from out of state, something that we had never done before and she helped us immensely along the way. After being recommended by a friend, we tasked Melissa with helping us find our new home in Bluffton, SC. We were relocating from NY and Melissa was amazing from the start. She toured homes for us via FaceTime, walked through spiderwebs and climbed in attics to help us find the perfect home. We bought a beautiful home in SunCity from our Long Island Kitchen. Melissa would go to homes and FaceTime us showing us everything we asked her too. We wanted to be near our friends who moved down there and We viewed and sometimes toured at least 20 homes on and off the HH island. I was a total pain in her side but she refused to give up on us. I truly believe other agents would have blocked my number after a while LOL. I had a lot of " deal breakers" with homes but with her being Relentless in finding us exactly what we wanted was amazing.
