Welcome! I am a licensed Realtor® in South and North Florida with La Rosa Realty and La Rosa CRE. I was born and raised in Florida and am extremely familiar with the area and the ever changing real estate market. I am currently a CCIM member and am working on my designation. I was also selected to be part of the CCIM Mentorship Program for 2020. I work in Residential as well as Commercial with a focus on working with Investors as I am one myself. I am also an asset manager and Residential Re-developer. Prior to getting my Real Estate License, I worked for a Real Estate Law firm as a Paralegal and have experience with everything from Contract to Closing. Detail oriented, knowledgeable, and really knows the area. It is such a pleasure to work with someone who is low pressure, observant and professional. I recommend Melissa 110% to anyone buying or selling their home (as I used her for both) It made a usually stressful situation into a piece of cake. Everything went smoothly, she dots her i's and crosses her t's twice!
