Detail oriented, knowledgeable, and really knows the area. It is such a pleasure to work with someone who is low pressure, observant and professional. I recommend Melissa 110% to anyone buying or selling their home (as I used her for both) It made a usually stressful situation into a piece of cake. Everything went smoothly, she dots her i's and crosses her t's twice!
