I worked with my fair share of realtors, and Melissa is hands down the best one out there, and nothing even comes close. She is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. She was available for us at any time, including weekends; she was very active and kept us well informed. It comes down to this; there is no need to go to anyone else because she is the best and is always looking out for your best interest. Lastly, she is very kind and easygoing. I highly recommend working with her.

What started just as an idea, ended up with us selling and closing our home all under two months. And Melissa Diaz was with us every step of the way. We first met her at an open house, and not only was it the beginning of our housing journey, but most importantly the beginning of what we believe a lifetime friendship with her. Melissa was such a great help to my wife & I. I was overseas most part of our Journey of buying a home and Melissa made sure to keep not only my wife in the loop but me as well. She was very understanding on the time difference as well during my time overseas. Every time we came across a home that we would like she would be on top of sending videos and pictures of the home. Melissa was thoughtful enough to send other videos and pictures of home that we hadn’t seen behalf on our hand but already had in hand which was very helpful. Mellisa was very responsive and always available, even at night and on weekends, whenever I had urgent questions that needed to be resolved immediately. She always gave me advice and information on time. She was an informed agent who knew about the conditions of the current market, details in each step, and the ways to make the purchase smoothly. Melissa really made our listing and selling process a breeze. She was always ready to accommodate our busy schedules, coming to our house to do paperwork, or showing up wherever I was on the island. When having open houses and showings we always felt like she was really doing the best she could to help us find buyers and make sure our house was seen. She was always offering to help with cleaning and help with whatever we needed to make our move easier which was SO helpful to us. Even after we left island, Melissa went to our home to make sure the trash got taken out to the street and to help with removing some bigger items from our home. She really went above and beyond to make sure that every single detail was taken care of to remove stress from our plate. Once we left island she took care of everything so all we had to do was sign the paperwork to close. We could not have had a better realtor and selling experience.
