Melissa is Amazing!

I cannot tell you how lucky we were to find Melissa! We live in California and my sister died unexpectedly in Maryland. When my husband and I needed to sell her condo from 3,000 miles away, my friend recommended Melissa. She was so understanding and treated us like family. It all started with Melissa helping us to find a contractor who could do the necessary renovations quickly, at a great value, and make the condo look beautiful! Melissa helped us decide which repairs would increase the resale value and which ones were not necessary. She guided us through all the marketing steps that she was taking on our behalf and always with our input. We ended up selling the condo for $20K more than we expected, a week earlier than we expected, and closed on the sale 30 days later! My husband and I have been through MANY real estate deals, but none were as EASY as this one. I only hope Melissa will get her California real estate license to help with our next move.
