Melissa went above and beyond. She did her research and provided me with documentation For me to review. Based on her suggestions my house had 10 offers in under 24 hours. Because of her and her knowledge and skills I received 11 thousand over asking. She is Phenomenal and I will recommend her to all my family and friends.
