Moving from NJ to FL meant we were basically starting from zero with many important tasks to accomplish. Searching for a home from such a distance naturally has some difficulties, but our situation and timing added some other complications. No problem for Melissa. She rolled with everything and patiently waited for us to get to Florida (and subsequent return trips!) and continued to be patient while we looked at many potential properties both in-person and virtually, at a time when the market was extremely busy (crazy-busy).
