The buyer had to sell his house to be able to buy ours, with first right of refusal. We got another full price buyer and the first buyer wanted to go ahead. He did not follow through with the closing date that was very important to us to close by the end of 2021 for income tax purposes. While the buyers agent cut her commission by $250. We felt that more could of been done about the buyers breach of contract. This was no fault of Melissa's and we have used her to buy many properties in the past. This particular sale did not go smoothly though.
