Our process for selling our home took a long time. We were able to close, but only after adding another bathroom, (this I was ok with to sell quicker), and we accepted an offer in under 2 weeks. She was great to work with. The buyer's lender is where the problem was. They held the process up for about a month. Their appraiser also added a week or two of waiting as well. Then they submitted paperwork incorrectly and had to start over. Melissa kept us in the loop and we had zero issues with her as a Seller's Agent. She even did a great job talking with us for the buyer that she wasn't even representing. If she hadn't worked as hard as she did, I would not have stuck it out and taken on the amount of work she had to to close the deal. ps. We have used Rocket Mortgage and Chase Bank for mortgages. Both were great to use.
