Talk about a nightmare. Ms.Brown although claiming to represent both sellers and buyer, was extremely prejudice, and completely catered to sellers. Since the sale Ms. Brown has impeded fulfilling contract by allowing sellers to keep funds set aside for repair work by sellers instead of putting it in escrow. She wants to allow sellers to only pay for a not proven repair instead of per county code. She defied her own broker when told to help me out. Between dishonest sellers and them being friends with Ms.Brown, this may be the most unprofessional real estate deal I have ever had. I hope Keller Williams looks into this deal and her unprofessional behavior. I recommend using almost anyone other than her.
