I met Melissa when I was touring some open houses in River Strand when I was on vacation. I had been looking around for a few years, and when I walked into the condo that Melissa was showing, she was super friendly and started giving me some advice about buying a condo in the community. I realized after I had seen several condos that there was one condo that I was really interested in, and immediately contacted Melissa to help me through this process. Melissa is extremely knowledgeable, not only about the real estate market, but about River Strand too. When your real estate agent lives in the community that you want to buy in, that's always a good sign! Melissa was almost always available for questions, and if she was busy, she would let me know that she would get back to me as soon as possible. I was always testing her, and she would always text me back in a timely manner. She recommended people for me to contact regarding things like financing, insurance and inspections which was great (since I'm not from the area). There were times when I was a little stressed over things, and she was always there to reassure me and calm me down.
