Working with Melissa was overall a good experience. She was very kind, knowledgeable, and clearly experienced in what she does. I truly appreciate her guidance throughout the process, and although I initially felt like I had to settle, looking back, I realize I ended up with the best possible choice for me. I don’t regret the home at all. Communication in the beginning was excellent — everything felt clear and well-coordinated. Toward the end of the process, however, communication became a bit inconsistent during crunch time.It was somewhat challenging to get in touch or receive a return call. At times, we found ourselves reaching out directly to the seller to make sure certain things were handled before closing. That said, I still value her professionalism, expertise, and the fact that she was a part for us reaching the finish line with a home I’m truly happy with. With just a bit more consistency in communication toward the end, her already strong service could be even better.
